Shimano Crank Recall

We are now inspecting Shimano cranks so if you have an affected crank, please feel free to bring it into the shop and we'll inspect it as per Shimano's advice.

We don't have any turnaround times yet so if our inspection fails your crank and we have to send it away, we can't say for sure how quickly it'll be replaced. We'll do our best to keep you in the loop.

Models that are affected are ULTEGRA FC-6800, DURA-ACE FC-9000, ULTEGRA FC-R8000, DURA-ACE FC-R9100 and FC-R9100-P 11-Speed Bonded HOLLOWTECH II. Please use the link across and follow the steps before bringing your crank in.
